Return and Refund Policy

I strive for perfection with each set of flags I create, but I rarely achieve it. Due to the hand-crafted nature of silk paintings, each piece is unique and will have minor variations or irregularities. Your flags were created to be viewed while in motion. They are not wall art.  All sets that I make are reviewed prior to shipping to ensure that any irregularities do not impact the integrity of the in-flight motif, and that the flags, while in motion, match my original design requirements. If for some reason you are not satisfied with them, contact me immediately upon receipt to discuss your concerns. All sales are final. No partial refunds. Returns are accepted after discussion, agreement, and arrangements made within five calendar days of the original delivery date (time is of the essence). To qualify for a refund, if accepted, undamaged and unused items must be received within ten calendar days from the original delivery date.  Your flags were made to be flown and enjoyed, so go do some flagging and enjoy them.
