Return and Refund Policy

I strive for perfection with each set of flags I create. Due to the hand-crafted nature of silk painting, each piece is unique and will have minor variations. Your flags were created to be viewed while in motion. They are not wall art.  All sets that I make are reviewed prior to shipping to ensure that the integrity of the in-flight motif matches  my original design requirements. If for some reason you are not satisfied with them, contact me immediately upon receipt to discuss your concerns.  All sales are final.  No partial refunds. Returns are accepted after discussion, agreement, and arrangements made within five days of delivery (time is of the essence). To qualify for a refund, accepted, undamaged, unused returns must be received within ten calendar days from the original delivery date.
